About us

This website is run by Tammy Savigar-Boon, a sole trader trading as Next Gen Skin, at 37 Sutherland Crescent, Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST11 9JT. Email [email protected].

Treatments

Treatments are booked and paid for through Fresha, and Fresha's booking terms, with our deposit and cancellation policy, apply to those bookings. Treatments are for adults only. We may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not safe or suitable for your skin, and we will always explain why.

Results vary from person to person. We will be honest about what a treatment is likely to achieve for you, but we cannot guarantee a particular result.

The online shop

The shop is for Next Gen Skin clients. Access is by a code from the clinic or a personal login that we approve, and we may withdraw access at any time. Some professional products are only sold after a consultation.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay; delivery is chosen and shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Your order is accepted when payment is taken and you receive your receipt by email.

We take care to describe products and prices accurately. If we find a mistake in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before sending it, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Please read the instructions with each product and patch test new products. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, ask us or your doctor before using a new product.

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, and cancellations and returns in our refund policy.
