Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options

• UK delivery: £4.99, a flat rate for the whole order.
• Collect from the clinic: free. Choose this at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a time to collect from the clinic in Blythe Bridge.

You choose at checkout. Stripe, who take the payment, ask for an address with every order, including collections.

When your order is sent

We post orders within 2 working days of payment. Delivery then depends on the carrier, and most parcels arrive within a few working days of dispatch.

You will receive a receipt by email when you pay. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will tell you straight away and refund it in full.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, or arrives damaged, email [email protected]. We will look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you. Returns are covered in our refund policy.
