The person behind Next Gen Skin
I'm Tammy, founder and skin practitioner at Next Gen Skin, a private skin clinic in Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
My interest in skin health began with my own experience. In the lead-up to my wedding, I was struggling with dull, lacklustre skin and hormonal breakouts linked to PMOS. I initially believed aesthetic injectables might be my only option, but I wanted to understand how I could improve and support my skin naturally and, more importantly, for the long term.
What began as a personal interest quickly became a passion for skin science, education and understanding how our skin functions and changes throughout our lives.
Education is at the heart of my approach.
With VTCT iTEC qualifications, specialist advanced skin training and a continued commitment to professional development, I believe that understanding the science behind the skin is just as important as the treatments themselves.
I invest continually in education, professional skincare and advanced technologies, allowing me to take an informed, individual approach to every client rather than following a one-size-fits-all treatment protocol.
I'm proud that this commitment has been recognised within the industry, including being named among the Top 25 Skin Specialists of the Year and Top 100 Home-Based Clinics at the Hair & Beauty Awards 2026, alongside receiving Highly Commended – Best Midlands Newcomer at Circadia UK's Ministry of Skin Awards.

My philosophy is centred on long-term skin health, supporting the skin barrier and helping women navigate changes in their skin with confidence.
From hormonal breakouts and sensitivity to pigmentation and the visible signs of ageing, my aim is to understand what's happening within the skin and create a personalised approach that delivers meaningful, sustainable improvements.
I believe in educating my clients just as much as treating them, helping you understand your skin, the ingredients you're using and why certain treatments may or may not be appropriate.

Next Gen Skin uses and stocks Circadia, a professional skincare house that describes its approach as chronobiology — the principle that skin behaves differently by day and by night, and should be treated accordingly.
In Circadia's own framing, daytime formulations focus on protection and defence, and night-time formulations support the skin's own repair and regeneration cycle. It is the same philosophy that runs through every treatment here.
